Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Sale or discounted products.
- Customized or made-to-order items.
- Products showing signs of use or damage not attributable to manufacturing defects.
Return Process
Return Request:
Send an email to davidinframetal@gmail.com with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Approval:
You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Product Shipment:
Send the product to the address provided in the confirmation email. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is for a defective or incorrect product.
Refund:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Defective or Incorrect Products
Report Issues:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide a description of the issue and, if possible, attach photographs of the product.
Resolution:
- We will offer you the option of a full refund or a replacement product at no additional cost.
- If you opt for a replacement, we will cover all related shipping costs. You do not have to return the product.
